Resolution 4

The agreement on Improvement in Salaries and Conditions of Service (Resolution 4 of 2010) concluded at the Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) now enjoys majority signature, which means that it could be implemented in November 2010. Click here to download Resolution 4 of 2010

Resolution 5

Resolution 5 on the Annual Salary Increases was signed off by Government and Unions in the PSCBC on Monday 7 Sept 2009. The main features are:

Annual salary increases for 2009/2010 are ranging between 10 and 13%.
Increases are effective from 1 July 2009.
Proposals regarding annual salary increases for 2010/2011 are to reach the PSCBC by 21 September 2009, with negotiations to start by 30 Sept 2009 and to be concluded by 30 October 2009.
