POPI compliance

Dear SAMA Member

This is a friendly reminder that members may download the SAMA POPI pack free of charge, to become POPI compliant before or on 1 July 2021.

In order to download the FREE SAMA POPI PACK you will need to be a registered user on the SAMA website. Please complete your profile online to register on the SAMA website, if you have not done so yet on:

In the event that you have registered before and forgotten your password, PLEASE CLICK HERE to reset your password.

We are also aware of the frustrations to register the Information Officer on the Department of Justice's website, please be patient as they are experiencing high volumes of registrations on the portal which is causing delays and technical issues. You may also try the link below which contains an application form to be completed online, which we hope will bring better results.

**Please ensure that you keep the proof of registration safe with the rest of the POPI information.**
