Circular 53 of 2021: Medical Scheme Benefit Option Entitlement Survey

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is conducting a survey amongst members of medical schemes on their benefit entitlement as per the Medical Schemes Act (131 of 1998). The survey aims to gather member's perspectives on the benefits provided by medical plans and identifying key factors that influence the choice and changing benefit options.
